To describe 10 different safety screening tools used to tailor care to the client, prevent additional injury to the client, or refer the client to other services if necessary

To identify what information should be obtained when discussing home medications

To describe the importance of taking inventory of the client's belongings upon arrival

To list the components of an education plan for a new client & the components of a care plan for a client

To explain why discharge planning is started upon a client's arrival

 

Methods of Education to Achieve the Objectives

Every video has specific objectives to be achieved

Initially , participant will have  pre-test as a part of assessment steps

Participant will watch videos accompanied by  images, pdf files , figures or diagrams. At the end , participant must pass post-test to get certification of completion. Participant must follow the learning path in the platform

 

Evaluation of Scientific Activity by the Participants

By evaluation form after completing course , it will be send to participants. It is an important to know that it will be mandatory to get certification
