The Main Learning Objectives

To discuss the clinically important alcohols, their antagonists, and  its competitive inhibitor

To describe he mechanism of action, withdrawal symptoms, and potential toxic effects  of opioid analgesics

To discuss the important points for nicotine, varenicline, amphetamines, cocaine, acetaminophen, and bupropion

To recognize the classifications of sedatives/hypnotics and discuss the uses, depressant effects, symptoms, antidote, withdrawal symptoms, and withdrawal treatment

To classify and discuss inhalants & cannabinoids

To describe and list various adverse effects of steroid toxicity, asbestos insulation toxicity, and dioxin toxicity

 

Methods of Education to Achieve the Objectives

Every video has specific objectives to be achieved

Initially , participant will have  pre-test as a part of assessment steps

Participant will watch videos accompanied by  images, pdf files , figures or diagrams. At the end , participant must pass post-test to get certification of completion. Participant must follow the learning path in the platform
